September: The Secret World of Maggie Grey by Granger
This theme grew out of a conversation about okra: okra water, gumbo, migration, memory, and food traditions. The "secret world" is the unseen knowledge that lives inside recipes, rituals, family stories, and inherited wisdom. September closes Part Three: What We Carry with a Chapter about ancestry, lineage, and cultural memory.
